1. Will be supporting following Barracuda line of products.
2. Web Application firewall, Load Balancer and Link Balancer.
3. Will be owning up customer reported issues and working on them until the issue is resolved.
4. Will be responsible for escalating cases to development (if required) and following up.
5. Good knowledge about network/application security.
6. In depth knowledge on TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS and FTP
1. Will be on both phone and email support.
2. Should be ready to work in 24/7 environment.
3. Good Comunicator
